Policies

Events

  • Most parties require at least two weeks' notice.
  • Luncheons require at least 48 hours' notice.

Weddings

  • A $500.00 minimum deposit and a signed contract are required to hold your wedding date.
  • All payments received are applied to your balance and are non-refundable unless you cancel 60 days prior to the event.

Billing and Payments

  • Payment due 30 days prior to the event date: 50% of your balance
  • Payment due 7 days prior to the event date: Your remaining balance

Service Charges and Sales Tax

  • A transport charge of $1.50 per mile round trip is applied to all events outside of New Braunfels.
  • All events are subject to an 8.25% sales tax as required by the State of Texas.
  • Other service charges may apply.

Gratuity

  • For buffet-style service, gratuity is not required, but appreciated.
  • A formal service on china requires a 15% gratuity for additional servers.

Cancellations

  • All events cancelled less than 60 days from the event are subject to a cancellation fee of 25% of the total billable amount of your contract.
